University of Central Asia and Ministry of Digital Development Collaborate to Empower Kyrgyz Civil Servants with ICDL Digital Certification
The University of Central Asia (UCA), School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPCE) is partnering with the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide a transformative opportunity for 1,500 civil servants from 16 ministries. This collaboration aims to enhance their digital literacy skills by offering comprehensive training and ICDL Certification.
