HungHau Education and ICDL Join Forces to Enhance Students’ Digital Competence Standards in Vietnam

HungHau Education, ICDL Vietnam and VMB Vietnam have formalised their collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Hung Hau Education will start to introduce ICDL as a digital standard for all students at Van Hien University, with plans to subsequently expand its implementation across all member schools within the Hung Hau Education group. National Digital Explorer (NDE) 2024 is a nationwide digital literacy initiative that aims to empower Singapore students aged 9 to 18 with real-world digital skills, fostering critical thinking and enhancing their productivity as learners in the digital realm. This initiative closely aligns with how schools may better leverage technology to enhance teaching and learning and strengthen the development of students’ digital literacy and technological skills, as outlined in the digital competencies of the “Transforming Education through Technology” Masterplan 2030 introduced by the Singapore MOE.
