Data Analytics module launched in Czech Republic

A localised version of the ICDL Data Analytics module was introduced to the Czech market by ECDL Czech Republic in February this year. The module, known as Analýza a vizualizace dat in Czech, is mainly practical and can be passed using Microsoft Excel 2016/2019 and Microsoft PowerBI Desktop. Almost 30 people, mainly from the education sector, have already passed the exam.

The new module, part of the ICDL Professional programme, is designed to help professional users of IT to make smarter decisions, especially when they are working with large sets of data. By the end of March, two secondary schools and two companies have started offering the Data Analytics module to their candidates. More test centres are expected to follow.
