SPECTO recently hosted a highly successful webinar for trainers from 10 countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The event introduced participants to ICDL Insights and other trending modules, highlighting the growing relevance of these certifications in today’s digital landscape.
The webinar attracted over 260 trainers, with a diverse mix of attendees: approximately two-thirds were already familiar with ICDL, while the rest were new to the program. Among the participants, around 180 trainers represented accredited centres, while others came from institutions interested in becoming accredited but had yet to submit their applications.
Tailoring Content to Trainer Interests
To ensure the webinar met the needs of its audience, Specto conducted a pre-event survey. Participants shared their interests in specific modules they wanted to explore, allowing SPECTO to tailor its content accordingly.
What’s Next: Free Training Sessions
Building on the webinar’s momentum, Specto is organizing free training sessions for trainers in the coming weeks. These sessions aim to deepen participants’ understanding of ICDL modules, equipping them to promote the program effectively in their respective countries.
