ECDL Czech Republic launched a localised version of the ICDL Financial Spreadsheets module to test centres in the Czech Republic at the start of June. Already, more than 40 people have passed a certification test for the module.
The module, called Finanční tabulky in Czech, is part of the ICDL Professional programme of modules. Financial Spreadsheets is designed to certify spreadsheet skills with particular reference to finance and accounting use of spreadsheets.
Alongside the launch of Financial Spreadsheets, ECDL Czech Republic launched Application Essentials, a new ICDL Workforce module that covers skills for using applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and Google’s suite of productivity apps.
