ICDL Africa held Workshops in Abuja and Lagos for existing ATCs on its first ever trip to Nigeria. The ATCs were updated on ICDL foundation's recent developments and programme operations. ATCs also had an opportunity to discuss Marketing and business development and outline a strategy for the ICDL brand growth in Nigeria.
The first ever ICDL Africa team visit to Nigeria was a huge success! It was part of the Irish Government Trade Mission organised by Enterprise Ireland. During the event staff from the Federal Road Safety Corps were awarded ICDL Certificates at FRSCs headquarters in Abuja. It also gave the team an opportunity to meet with various other stakeholders resulting in a pledge from ICDL Africa Manager Séamus McGinley to make Nigeria, Africa’s biggest economy, a priority market for the coming new year of 2016.
