Computer Society of Zimbabwe committed to the future of ICDL

Print page

ICDL Africa and the Computer Society of Zimbabwe (CSZ) have signed a new agreement appointing CSZ to manage the ICDL programme in Zimbabwe, as well as to conduct development work (on behalf of ICDL Africa) in Zambia. All operations will be managed via a dedicated Trust, established by CSZ specifically to run ICDL in the two territories.

CSZ is one of the most experienced ICDL National Operators in the world, having first adopted the programme in 1999, and remains a leader in operational expertise, winning a global best practice award in 2013.

The agreement runs until 2016 and aims to deliver digital skills to at least 25,000 individuals during that time, bringing the total number of individuals reached by the partnership to date to over 100,000.
