Success for ICDL IT Security Competition 2017 in Taiwan

November - Asia - Taiwan IT Security Competition 1

11 November 2017 – Computer Skills Foundation Taiwan (ICDL Team in Taiwan) held the IT Security Competition 2017 which was jointly organized with Chia Nan University of Pharmacy & Science. This competition is mainly for high schools and universities students who needs to develop and understand the IT Security concept. Through this, we hope to enhance the digital knowledge and awareness on the importance of information security issues.

Dr. Liu Yixian (Researcher) and Zhong Peiyuan (Project Manager) of Taiwan Information Security Centre at NCKU were invited as lecturers to share on their expertise and information on IT Security issues. A total of 13 schools and 130 students participated in the competition.

The competition established to be good efforts in promoting the concept for IT Security; not just educating the students and also the mass.
