The Infoplazas are community centres for Internet access and information where citizens find several kinds of technologies. Whose mission is not only to promote and participate in the development and use of ICTs as tools to reduce the digital divide that exists in Panama, but to democratize access to knowledge, in order to promote social and economic development within a fairer globalized society and human.

Luis Cisneros, director of Infoplazas AIP and Damien O’Sullivan, CEO of ICDL Foundation, agreed that this will be a first step to strengthen the work of both organizations in pursuit of the development of Panama.
