Ching Kuo Institute of Management and Health joins ICDL as newest ATC in Taiwan

ICDL Asia welcomes Ching Kuo Institute of Management and Health (CKU) as our newest ICDL Accredited Test Centre (ATC) in Taiwan!

Joining thousands of schools worldwide, CKU has embedded ICDL programmes into its school’s curriculum to give its students the edge in the modern workplace.

From September 2021 onwards, all first-year students in CKU are required to complete and certify under three ICDL certification modules, namely: Documents, Spreadsheets and Presentation. This programme equips its students with critical digital skills which boost employability and productivity.

Established in 1957, Ching Kuo Institute of Management and Health is the first college in northern Taiwan that focused on nursing education. Currently, CKU offers a wide range of college and postgraduate programmes in Nursing, Hotel Management, Tourism, and Health Industry Management among others.

Under the leadership of its President, Dr. Ueng, the institute aims to nurture young talents for the healthcare professional workforce, cultivate global connections, and support the development of local community industries.

Moving forward, ICDL will work closely with more IHLs in Taiwan to uplift the digital competency of students and working professionals.
